Build swimming pools, spas, waterfalls and fountains right inside FiveM. Draw the pool where it stands in the world, fill it with real swimmable water, add the sound of falling water, and put it in the world for every player with one button. no server restart.

• 🏊 Build pools in-game by hand: 7 pool shapes including freeform, raised or set into the ground, with steps, beach entries and spas, right where they stand in the world
• ⛲ Waterfalls and fountains: wall sheers, rain curtains, spa spill-overs, building falls off any roof or ledge, overflow tiers, floor jets and fountain jets, with the game's own spray and mist
• 🌊 Real swimmable water: players swim, dive and splash in everything you build, with real GTA water sound on every waterfall and fountain
• 🌍 One-click Export and BUILD NOW: streams it to every player with textures, collision and sound, no server restart
• ✅ Ground check: a coloured line shows if a pool is buried, has grass inside or a gap under its walls, each with a one-click fix, and pools never float in the air
• 🧩 Fully standalone: no framework needed, works with ESX, QB or anything else, supports esx_skin, qb_clothing, illenium-appearance or a custom appearance event
• 🎨 50 pool textures and your own: paint every part of the pool on its own, then upload your own textures in game by picking or pasting a picture, ready in the dock right away
• 🏢 Water for MLO pools: fill pools made in SB MLO Creator with real water that sits inside the MLO's room

Important Notes

• To build an water pools inside mlo you need SB Studio
• Configure your appearance system inside the sb_watercore > config script to ensure the Build and Edit features are fully supported. This must be done compulsorily to use the Build and Edit system

SB Water uses ACE-based permissions, so you'll need to configure access directly through your server's CFG settings before use.
